ITIKAT Adana Kebab

It is a type of kebab or shish meatballs in Turkish cuisine, unique to Adana province in Turkey. The most distinctive feature that distinguishes Adana Kebab from other kebabs is the type of meat used. The ingredients used in the preparation of the mixture are red pepper flakes, lamb tail fat. Generally, fresh greens such as parsley and mint, onion salad with sumac and salad are used as complementary elements to Adana Kebab.

ITIKAT Meatballs with Kibbeh

It is a type of dish in Middle Eastern cuisine, which is made by making dough and stuffing the bulghur. Cheese Kunafah

Although there are more than one type of kunafah, which originates from the Middle East, the general method of preparation is the same. A type of unsalted cheese is placed between two layers of kadaif (undercooked dough in thin strings) and cooked lightly, and sugar syrup that is not very thick is added to it.
