It is a type of kebab or shish meatballs in Turkish cuisine, unique to Adana province in Turkey. The most distinctive feature that distinguishes Adana Kebab from other kebabs is the type of meat used. The ingredients used in the preparation of the mixture are red pepper flakes, lamb tail fat. Generally, fresh greens such as parsley and mint, onion salad with sumac and salad are used as complementary elements to Adana Kebab.
