Founded in 1887, Privatmolkerei Bauer has always been owned by the Bauer family - now in its fifth generation.
Our success story is based on our dairy expertise which has grown over the years as well as a passionate desire to always make the best possible products from this raw material. A passion that is perceptible in the quality of every single product.
Today, we are one of the largest fruit yoghurt and cheese manufacturers in Germany. Besides our yoghurt and cheese products, we also manufacture pudding and plant-based products.

Bauer Fru Fru 0.1% Fat Yoghurt 100g
Thanks to the gentle heat treatment, our yoghurt “Fru Fru” has a longer shelf life. It contains only 0.1% fat in the milk portion and is available in four deliciously fruity flavours. It is free from preservatives and gelatine and can be stored at room temperature. Also available in 150g and 500g.
