ALB-GOLD is one of Germany’s organic pioneers in pasta production. Over the past 30 years, we have developed an extensive range of organic fresh and dried pastas. Optimizing the quality of our products to meet our customers' demands is our daily challenge. Transparency in food production and throughout the entire supply chain is an important component of our philosophy. Our production site in Trochtelfingen features glassed-in facilities.
All our pastas are manufactured transparently so that anyone taking a tour through our production can see how they are made.

ORGANIC AND GLUTEN FREE
Our gluten free organic pasta is free from binders or additives and is remarkable for its natural taste and first-class cooking stability. We offer a variety of recipes, including blends of organic corn and rice flour, as well as options made from 100% organic brown rice flour, chickpeas, red lentils, and oats. The nutty taste and dark color of our 100% organic buckwheat pasta add variety to the gluten free range. Our organic gluten free pasta is certified to EU Organic Standards and DZG (German Coeliac Association).
Organic Kid's Pasta
The fancy organic Kid’s Pasta with funny animal motivs completely meets the taste of the little ones. Made from 100% organically grown durum wheat semolina without the addition of eggs and, above all, non-GMO. The variety "Zoo" is made from spelt. The animal pasta is packed in sustainable, colorful folding boxes made of pure cardboard, where we have deliberately dispensed with the plastic viewing window.
