We’re the biggest family-owned milling group in Germany. Two families of millers from Germany who set out to make milling more modern and sustainable. Today we operate 11 mills. With app. 600 employees we ensure that over 2 mill tons of grain are sustainable milled every year.

High Bioactive Fibre products are natural fibre components rich in roughage. Using a variety of different specialized technologies for debittering, micronisation and hydrothermal stabilisation, these products are refined using purely physical means.
Debittered and micronized fibres enable a variety of different potential uses in the areas of food design, functional food and process optimization.
High Bioactive Fibre products are prebiotic and are now known to make a positive contribution to intestinal health.

Functional special flour
Water5+ wheat flour and the Hydro-Booster concentrate are further innovations of Bindewald & Gutting Milling Group, who consistently pursue the target of optimum baked good quality and increased enjoyment value.
This development approach is aimed at offering a selection of activated special flours whose baking-related advantages can be achieved by merely physical processes.
These declaration-free refined special flours enable the production of high-quality baked goods which stay fresh longer and have other decisive advantages as well.
Water5+ wheat flour is suitable for all dough processes, including long processes at temperatures from 0 to 5 °C. All the demanding processes (i.e. baking and freezing processes) associated with dough preparation and ripening can be positively influenced by using Water5+ wheat flour.

We produce maize grits and maize flour in special granulations and fat contents, snack grits for extrusion, maize grits for the food industry, as well as polenta, maize flour and gluten-free baking mixtures for people with gluten intolerance (coeliac disease).
Intensive cooperation with our farmers and seamless raw material management ensure the quality of the maize flours, maize grits, mixes and other ingredients from the producer to the delivery.
The product range from maize flours and maize grits to gluten-free baking mixes is also available from controlled organic cultivation.
All our products are available in a wide variety of fill quantities and in a wide variety of load carriers.
