About us
Fersan was founded in 1978 in Izmir, Turkey, and in 2012, it became a part of the Develey family, one of the largest mustard and sauce manufacturers in Europe.
Our company has been active in the vinegar and pickle industry for 45 years and is also Turkey's first producer of Jalapeno.
In 2021, Fersan introduced an innovative product in the beverage category, apple cider vinegar drink.
We export our products to more than 40 countries, with 60% of production serving the domestic market and 40% being exported.
Through its collaboration with Teekanne, the world's largest tea producer, our company has taken on the distribution of Teekanne products in Turkey and continues to expand its export network through agreements with global brands.
