Milchwerke Mittelelbe, or Elb-Milch for short, has belonged to the KRÜGER GROUP since 1991.

Together we see ourselves as a strategic and flexible partner for our customers and we constantly work towards finding pioneering solutions to technical challenges.

For many years, we have stood for the highest quality, continuous innovation and reliability.

As part of an internationally successful family-owned company, at our Stendal site we produce high-quality products such as infant nutrition, milk powder, coffee whiteners and various sweeteners as well as milk and water-based ready to drink (RTD) products.

Milk Powders & Infant Nutrition

State-of-the-art production facilities are used to produce infant nutrition from a wide variety of basic raw materials, first and foremost milk proteins. Our custom-made semi-finished products are usually mixtures that are specially adapted to the market conditions and requirements of the customers in question and, needless to say, to the nutritional needs of infants and young children.
Also we offer various further products like milk & cream powders or MPC.

With 14 spray dry towers we are one of the leading manufacturers for powdered products in Germany.

Ready to Drink in PET bottles

We offer various types of RTD, milk as well as water based and vegan style. Bottle sizes from 250ml to 500ml in combination with ambient storage conditions allow us to have branded products and private label bottle versions all over the world.
